Nicolas Bonnafous
Chief Executive Officer
Founder and CEO of ODESIA Group (TSX: ODS), the leading provider of Business Intelligence solutions for the large company with offices in Canada, France and Mexico.
He began his career in 1988 as an IT consultant in database Management. He founded ODESIA Solutions in 1988. His mission is to deliver the best solutions in Business Intelligence.
In 2005, to accelerate ODESIA’S growth, he listed the company on the Toronto Stock Exchange thru a RTO with a CPC. The ODESIA Group had then thirty employees and showed revenues of around 5M$.
In 2006, he proceeded to the acquisition of BI-Expert in Paris, starting activities for ODESIA Europe. In 2007, he completed the acquisition of ResourceIT of Mexico, opening the Mexican market for ODESIA.
In 2008, he was among the 3 Award Finalists for SGF-CEO of the Year Award nominated by his peers at VisionPDG an event organized by the Quebec Technology Association (QTA).
Since 2006, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Quebec Technology Association (QTA). He previously served on the Board of the CRIM between 2001 and 2007.

Simon Lepage
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to his appointment at ODESIA, Mr. Lepage held positions in finance, with increasing responsibilities overtime, with a number of technology companies, including as the CFO of Kree Tech International Corporation (TSX-V : KT) between 2004 and 2008. He started his career as an auditor at Deloitte in 1996 before joining in 2001 Profilium Inc, as the corporate controller. Mr. Lepage also acted as a consultant (self-employed) in accounting and finance for various companies between 2001 and 2004, helping the presidents in different projects including the production of financial reports, budgets, financing and management.
M. Lepage has a large experience in corporate finance and in the management of public companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and finance with a “Great Distinction” mention from McGill University. He also is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec where he served on various committees of that same Order.

Denise Gonçalves
VP Business Development
Denise Branco Gonçalves has a bachelor degree in Business Administration with specialization in System Analysis. Having implemented and managed information systems for large Brazilian enterprises for many years, Denise has been working in business development for internationally renowned companies for the last 18 years. Denise has an extensive knowledge of Canadian and Latin American markets and since 2003 is offering the value of ODESIA business intelligence solutions to large enterprises in these particular markets.

Jacques Daigle
General Manager, Europe
As a graduate of the University of Quebec at Montrea (UQAM)l in Computer Management, Jacques DAIGLE began his career as a consultant specializing in developing information systems destined to business road mapping.Relocated in France since 1990, he participated in numerous projects in Business Intelligence, and as a parallel, he participated to the founding and development of BI companies such as ICOTECH EUROPE CONSEIL (1993 to 1998) and KMSI (2001 to 2005). Co-Founder of ODESIA Europe in 2006, an ODESIA Group subsidiary listed at the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX:ODS), he, since then, remains as the General Manager of ODESIA Europe SAS.

Alfredo Piña Cedillo
General Manager, Mexico
Mr. Cedillo has founded Resource IT in 2002 after serving the food Industry for Kellogg Co. coordinating and training a Mexican team which would support the European operation remotely from a Global Shared Services center, including databases, applications and business utilities. He joined BMC Software for 2 years and focused in major projects in Latin America generating a revenue of up to USD$6M serving the Telco, Banking, Finance and Oil industries both as a Sr. Consultant and Engagement Manager. Alfredo built up a company based in a strong technical expertise with a fast growth rate and customer acquisition.
