Nicolas Bonnafous-
President, Chief Executive Officer, Interim Chairman of the Board of Directors and Corporate Director
Mr. Bonnafous began his career in 1988 as an IT consultant in database management. He founded ODESIA Solutions Inc. in 1998 with the mission to deliver the best solutions in Business Intelligence.
In 2005, to accelerate the growth of ODESIA Solutions Inc., ODESIA Solutions Inc. completed a transaction with a Capital Pool Company that later changed its name to Odesia Group Inc. and was listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. The Corporation had then about thirty employees and showed revenues of around $5M. In 2006, the Corporation proceeded to the acquisition of BI-Expert from Paris, starting the activities of Odesia Europe, S.A.S. In 2007, the Corporation completed the acquisition of ResourceIT from Mexico, opening the Mexican market to the Odesia Group.
In 2008, Mr. Bonnafous was among the three Award Finalists for the SGF-CEO of the Year Award granted by his peers at VisionPDG, an event organized by the Quebec Technology Association (AQT). Since 2006, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Quebec Technology Association (AQT). He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Centre de recherche informatique de Montréal (CRIM) between 2001 and 2007

Michael Perrault -
Audit, Human Resources and Corporate Governance Committee President and Corporate Director
Mr. Perrault has over 25 years of experience in technological innovation. He was one of the persons responsible for creating SolPowered Energy Corp., having seen a clear and pressing need in the market to drive the creation of as much clean energy as possible. To date, he has raised over US$100M from venture capital partners in Canada and the US as well as from three strategic partners. Prior to his involvement with SolPowered, Mr. Perrault co-founded Simpler Networks Inc. and ran the company for ten years prior to completing its sale in 2008. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Epicore BioNetworks Inc. (TSX-V: EBN) and the Quebec Technology Association (AQT) where he also chairs the organizing committee for CEO Vision 2010, the largest fundraising conference of the association. Mr. Perrault holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering (Honours) and an MBA from McGill University.

Timothy Murdoch -
Corporate Director
Mr. Murdoch has enjoyed a productive 25-year career in Canada and the United States. He founded Murdoch International, Ltd. in 1998 to facilitate Québec-U.S. market access and business development. He has advised entrepreneurs and managers at over 50 fast-growing companies in Quebec, primarily in their U.S. expansions. Mr. Murdoch's former employers include IBM in Boston, InterTalent Agency in Los Angeles, and Astral Media (formerly Astral Communications) in Montreal. Mr. Murdoch is a former director of Diagnos Inc. (TSX-V: ADK), a publicly traded Canadian corporation that develops and commercializes technologies that combine contextual imaging and traditional data mining to improve decision-making processes. A dual U.S. & Canadian citizen, Mr. Murdoch holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an A.B., History from Princeton where he graduated with Distinction in American Studies.
Richard Batty -
Corporate DirectorMr. Batty is a general management and marketing executive with a track record of growing revenues in Fortune-50 and startup technology firms. A 25-year veteran of Silicon Valley and currently acting as consultant for technology firms in the Montreal area, he possesses an extensive experience in the marketing of new products and in helping both Fortune-50 and startup companies grow their revenues. Mr. Batty worked in marketing and business development roles for Hewlett-Packard and Autodesk, and subsequently with a number of smaller and startup technology firms, one of which achieved an initial public offering. He possesses a deep experience in all areas of marketing, strategy development, consulting and operations. Mr. Batty previously worked as a research engineer in the pulp & paper industry in Montreal. He holds an MBA from Harvard University and Bachelors and Masters Degrees in mechanical engineering respectively from McGill and Concordia Universities.
