Nicolas Bonnafous – President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director Mr. Bonnafous began his career in 1988 as an IT specialist in database management. He founded ODESIA Solutions Inc. in 1998 with the mission to deliver the best solutions in business intelligence. In 2005 to accelerate the growth of ODESIA Solutions Inc., he listed the company on the TSX Venture Exchange under the name of ODESIA Group Inc. In 2006 the Corporation acquired BI-Expert in France, starting the activities of Odesia Europe, S.A.S. In 2007, the Corporation completed another acquisition in Mexico, opening the Mexican market to Odesia Group. In 2008 Mr. Bonnafous was among the three Award Finalists for the SGF-CEO of the Year Award granted by his peers at VisionPDG, an event organized by the Quebec Technology Association (AQT). Since 2006 he has served on the Board of Directors of the Quebec Technology Association (AQT). He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Centre de recherche informatique de Montréal (CRIM) between 2001 and 2007.
	Michael Perrault - Audit, Human Resources and Corporate Governance Committee President and Director Mr. Perrault has over 25 years of experience in technological innovation. He was among those responsible for creating SolPowered Energy Corp., having seen a clear and pressing need in the market to drive the creation of as much clean energy as possible. To date he has raised over US$100M from venture capital partners in Canada and the United States plus three strategic partners. Prior to his involvement with SolPowered, Mr. Perrault co-founded Simpler Networks Inc. and ran the company for ten years prior to completing its sale in 2008. Mr. Perrault holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering (Honours) and a MBA from McGill University.
	Vittorio Violo- Vittorio Violo is COO of PNS-TECH inc., a Quebec based manufacturer. He also serves on various strategic management committees of Sigma Industries, a publicly traded company on the TSX Venture. Mr. Violo worked for eight years in Canadian capital markets as an investment advisor where he developed expertise in mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. During this period Mr. Violo successfully completed numerous management courses from the Canadian Securities Institute, including Investment Management Techniques and Partner, Directors and Senior Officer.
	André P. Brosseau- Mr. Brosseau is a Director of Midas Medici Inc., a holding company specializing in acquiring and merging IT related companies with operations in New York, North Carolina, Europe and Brazil. He is also on the Board of CIMCORP, wholly owned by Midas Medici, an IT company based in Sao Paulo Brazil. Mr. Brosseau is a Director of Aptilon Inc., a web-based business solution company specializing in the US healthcare sector. He also serves as the Co-Chair of The Company Theatre, a not-for-profit organization located in Toronto, and member of the steering committee of Notman House. Mr. Brosseau holds a Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Science (Political and Economics) and a Master's Degree in Science (Political) from the Université de Montréal. Mr. Brosseau was President of Blackmont Capital in Toronto until June 2009 and Chairman of Quebec Capital Markets until May 2010. For 12 years Mr. Brosseau was with CIBC in different capacities mostly based in Toronto, most recently as Managing Director, Head of Cash Equities and Co-Head of Global Cash Equities at CIBC World Markets where he was involved in some of the most important capital market transactions in Canada.
